All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed performance agreement to secure the date.
Full balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to paying the full balance.
Custom travel, lodging, and meal rates may apply for events outside the local region.
Additional terms, requirements, and logistics will be included in the final performance agreement.
