  • After submitting your booking inquiry, Nikko will contact you via email within 2 business days to discuss more details or provide a customized proposal for your event.

  • All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed performance agreement to secure the date.

  • Full balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to paying the full balance.

  • Custom travel, lodging, and meal rates may apply for events outside the local region.

  • Additional terms, requirements, and logistics will be included in the final performance agreement.
